For many years, I struggled with low self‑esteem and a deep sense of not knowing who I was. I spent most of my life battling depression, rejection, self‑pity, and confusion about my identity. At the age of 41, I was diagnosed with ADHD — a discovery that helped me understand why I had spent so many years disliking myself. For decades, I carried wounds I didn’t have language for, walking through life feeling unseen, misunderstood, and unsure of my purpose.

But when God opened my eyes, He helped me see that it didn’t matter who noticed me, liked me, or invited me anywhere. What mattered was pursuing His purpose for my life. As He healed my heart, I began to understand who He fashioned me to be, and I realized that my journey wasn’t just about my pain — it was about my purpose. I knew I didn’t want other young ladies or women to walk through the same struggles alone, feeling lost, unloved, or unseen.

That’s what led me to start I.C.U. Daughters of Destiny — a ministry birthed from my own journey of healing, identity, purpose, and hope. God placed it in my heart to help women discover their God‑given identity, embrace their purpose, and walk confidently into the destiny He has prepared for them.

Our Mission

Our mission is to guide women and young ladies to the truth of their God‑given identity through Bible study, helping them embrace who God created them to be, learning to love themselves and others as God instructs to do.

Our desire is to fulfill this mission through women’s conferences, retreats, teas, inspirational gatherings, and any other door God opens for us to encourage His daughters, — offering hope for their future as they walk into identity, purpose, and destiny.
